Some diagnostics can take up to 24 hours depending on what we are checking. Our repair experts will keep you in the loop and provide you with a status report as your diagnostic runs.

How much does it cost for you to diagnose your computer?
Our BASIC diagnostic is FREE
Our ADVANCED diagnostic starts as low as $30

In some cases in doing these checks the fault can be fixed and we therefore charge $40 for getting your Computer up and running. We consider this to be a fair price!

We can Diagnose and Check things for FREE but cannot fix for FREE.

Why we should charge you to diagnose your computer?

The techs time should not be free just as your time should not be free at work. If a diagnostic is done correctly, a tech will spend an hour or more looking at your computer to find out what the issues are.If you decide to NOT use us for the repair, the diagnostic fee pays the business for our time and you are walking away with knowledge of the health of your computer. If you decide to move forward with the repair, that diagnostic fee will apply to the cost of the repair.
