Windows Admin Password Reset $25
Have you forgotten your Windows Admin or login password? Or cannot remember it?
We can reset your password. Windows in other Languages than English or Spanish $25 additional.
Virus / Malware Removal $135
Remove rootkits, viruses, trojans, worms, rogues, adware, spyware and other malware.
If the virus/malware has corrupted Windows beyond repair, Windows may have to be re-installed instead. See below.
Install / Re-install Windows $45
Install / Re-install Windows, including important Windows updates and backup and restore of user data (up to 50GB).
Assumes hard drive is healthy, i.e., no bad sectors. Re-installation of application programs not included.

Set up New PC $65
Perform initial set-up, optimize for best performance, uninstall trialware, install anti-virus program.
Upgrade HDD to SSD and clone it $75
Clone a healthy hard drive (with no bad sectors) to your new hard drive and install it in your PC.
If the drive has errors, it can be assessed to determine what data is recoverable and what it would cost before proceeding. See the Data Recovery section for details.
Data Transfer / Backup $45
Transfer / Backup user data from a healthy hard drive (with no bad sectors) to another hard drive/PC.
